1. Who we are

EdxSolution is provided by Xingmao Guoji Maoyi Youxian Gongsi (the “Company”) and may be delivered in partnership with third-party payment institutions (“Payment Institutions”). These Terms apply to your access and use of our websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”).

  • Some payment transactions may be irreversible once authorized or settled.
  • Pricing, fees, and FX rates may be determined by third parties in certain flows.

5. Refunds and withdrawals

In some cases, a transaction may be refunded, reversed, or credited back depending on processing outcomes, partner rules, and applicable law. Withdrawal processing times may vary based on verification, risk checks, and partner requirements.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. We may suspend accounts, restrict access, or freeze funds as required for compliance or risk management.

7. Compliance (AML/KYC)

We and our partners may require identity verification and other checks to meet regulatory obligations. If verification is incomplete or fails, access to certain Services may be limited or unavailable.
